Tifawin, which means “light” in Tamazight, is a new event that celebrates the power of community, spirituality and queer Muslim identities.

Inspired by Ashura celebrations in Morocco and carried by queer artists from Muslim backgrounds, this festival brings together stories from diverse cultures and traditions. Prepare for a day of music, poetry, conversations and rituals that create space for connection, healing and joy.
