Note: On Friday evenings, Utopie and Volkskeuken serve a donation-based community dinner from 18.00 - 19.00.

Arrive at 18.00 to start the evening with connections & conversation before moving into the writing night! Find the menu here and reserve a spot here.

What to bring?

We will provide pens, paper, writing prompts, soft music 🎹

You can bring your laptop, headphones, personal materials 📒

When can you join?

You are welcome from 20.00 onwards. If you come in the beginning, you will get the chance to hear more about the project and meet others. If you want to show up later, please arrive during one of the breaks ⏱

Costs?

This event is entirely free of charge, as our goal is to make creative expression accessible and provide a third space for all those that wish to write at night. If you can, please do try to order drinks or food at our lovely venue, Grand Cafe Utopie, as they are offering it for this event for free.

Ground Rules

This is an inclusive and safe space for all backgrounds, genders and ethnicities. Please keep quiet during the writing periods to allow for concentration. During the chat breaks, remember to be respectful of all participants. We want to create an environment that allows everyone to be vulnerable and authentic. Join us if you're ready to explore this side of you!
